Sorry for being MIA - I know it has been awhile.  I am surprised my Mam-ma hasn't e-mailed me asking for pictures of her great granddaughters!  Yes my grandmother is computer savvy and loves to see pics of the girls on the blog!  We have been super busy.  I took part of this week off to teach Vacation Bible School at our church.  Both girls have been attending and I have been teaching.  When we get home I have been working and trying to entertain them.  Needless to say I am exhausted.  I finally found out last week that I received a new job with our corporate group.  It has been in the works for several months so it was nice to get the official word.  Anyway in between VBS and work we have had haircuts and birthday parties.  Last weekend our good friend Shaun celebrated his birthday at the bowling alley.  His mom (our good friend from college) made the cutest bowling shirts for the kids ...

As you can see they got haircuts a few weeks ago - nice summer bobs to make my life a little easier.  We hope y'all are doing well!  I promise I will try to get better at my once a week blogging!

All I Want for Christmas ...

Is Chatty's two front teeth!  Chatty had two very loose front teeth.  Being the nice mom I am, I pulled one of them out - trust me when I say it didn't take a whole lot of effort - it was that loose (plus the dentist said it was time to come out).  Later in the day she was swimming in the pool with our neighbor.  Apparently as they were playing (her dad was supervising) our neighbor accidentally kicked her and in the process her other tooth fell out!  Which is a good thing because I didn't want to have to pull it too!

Memorial Day Weekend

Kindergarten Graduation

We officially have a 1st Grader in the house.  Chatty had her Kindergarten Culmination aka Graduation today.  She was super excited but sad too - she doesn't want to leave Miss J (who is fabulous).  Nana and Poppa joined us for the festivities ...

It's Been Awhile

I know it has been awhile since I last posted. Somehow the last two weeks have gotten away from me. Part of it I can blame on a last minute trip to NJ and PA. I had to fly back on business and we ended up making it a family trip. We dropped the girls off at Grandma and Grandpa's house and headed to NJ for two nights. While we were there we visited with Cousin R and Aunt D. Then we headed back to PA.  It was a quick trip but we all had a good time. We didn't take many pictures but here are a few we did take.

Last weekend Chatty and her dad went to see their favorite team - the Philadephia Phillies play the AZ Diamondbacks.  They went with our neighbors across the street and had a great time - even though the Phillies lost!
