The Tooth Fairy

The Tooth Fairy made her first official visit to our house on Friday night! LAD showed me Friday afternoon that her tooth was loose - very loose! The nice mom I am, I helped her pull it out. She cried for a little bit but perked up once she found out her friend was coming over to swim. Her first picture after the big event!
Some pictures before church showing off the new smile and new hairdo!

Cooling off in the pool Sunday afternoon ...

The girls love jumping off the high wall of the pool. It was hard catching them mid-jump.

Have a good week!

Not Sure What Happened

Looks like I deleted all of my prior posts. I was trying to clean up the blog and get rid of useless stuff and apparently I got rid of all my prior posts, which includes all prior pictures! I told you all I was new at this! Other than that our week is going pretty well. LAD still loves school (which is good) and is doing well there. I wish her behavior at home modeled her behavior at school. In an effort to encourage good behavior, we purchased a new behavior chart and will follow some of the rules/methods they use at school. Hopefully we will see some improvement. I am even using it for SLD.

We are all ready for a relaxing weekend. The girls and I are getting haircuts tomorrow and if they are good we are going to Oregano's (our family's favorite restaurant). I will try to remember to post some pictures of every one's new dos! Other than that we plan to relax and hang out in the pool (since DPD finally got it fixed ... that is an expensive story)!

Have a great weekend!

Weekend Pictures

Here are a few pictures from the weekend. As I mentioned before, my good friend A (some of you may remember her from our wedding - she was one of my bridesmaids) is getting married in Tampa January 2 and she asked LAD to be the Flower Girl. A was in town this weekend so we met up with her, her sister and her mom to look at dresses for LAD.

A and LAD at the dress store with their matching bags! LAD asked if she could carry it down the aisle at the wedding. We had to explain to her she would be carrying flowers instead!

The happy couple and our girls!

The dress ... it is a little big but lucky for us our alterations expert (aka Grandma) will be in town over Thanksgiving and can make any necessary adjustments.
